Zoomlion officially inaugurated its new manufacturing facility in Tatabánya, Hungary, on March 18, with approximately 160 customers, partners, and government officials in attendance.

Phase One of the facility, located in Tatabánya, will serve as Zoomlion Access’s European hub for manufacturing, R&D, and service, as well as parts support.

Ren Huili, Vice President of Zoomlion and General Manager of Zoomlion Access Machinery, said the new plant marks a key milestone in the company’s European strategy. He noted that the facility will strengthen local manufacturing, innovation, and service capabilities, enabling Zoomlion to better support customers and respond more efficiently to market demand. He added that, following the completion of Phase One, the company will accelerate Phase Two to further enhance local production, R&D innovation, and service capabilities across the region.

The new facility will provide localized manufacturing, engineering, and service capabilities for the European market, including parts supply and after-sales support. By integrating production, R&D, and service resources in one location, Zoomlion Access aims to deliver faster response times, improved operational efficiency, and more reliable support to customers across the region. With this investment, Zoomlion Access further strengthens its localization strategy in Europe.
