ZOOMLION ACCESS, a leading manufacturer of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs), is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Birchall as Service Manager for Europe. In this role, Chris will oversee service operations, technical support, and the expansion of ZOOMLION ACCESS service network across European markets.
With extensive experience in after-sales service and technical training, Chris will play an important role in strengthening the after-sales network of ZOOMLION ACCESS. His responsibilities include recruiting and training local service engineers, optimizing spare parts logistics, and ensuring seamless technical assistance for clients.
